Screen sharing is an effective way to demonstrate the value of the software you sell. Being able to walk prospective users through key features directly allows salespeople to save time, answer questions more effectively, and provide first-hand experience of the product or service being sold.
When can I use this?
Right now! Screensharing is available for everyone that has access to Sales & Success Center.
How does it work?
Never shared your screen before? Don't worry; screen sharing is easy and doesn't require a lot of overhead to configure.
- You’ll first need to install the Chrome extension
- Log in to Sales & Success Center
- From Manage accounts, find the account you wish to share your screen with
- Click (share screen)
- Select the contact you want to reach out to
Note: If the contact doesn't yet exist, you can add them via Add contact and share screen
- Click Share screen
- The CrankWheel extension will open.
- Connect viewers by sending them a link through text message, email, or a direct URL.
How much does this cost?
