What is it?
You can now import a list of users to Partner Center.
When was it released?
This feature was released on September 16, 2020.
Why is it important?
This feature will increase your efficiency and save you time. Previously, you were only able to bulk add users upon account import. With this new feature, you can import thousands of users at any time, with the option to associate them with business accounts.
After importing these users, you can control whether they can access Business App and receive notifications. This will make it easier for you to target the users with the right marketing campaigns.*
How does it work?
A new Import Users action is available in Partner Center on the Manage Users page. You can download a CSV template and fill in user data such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address**
- Phone Number
- Account Identifier(s) - to assign users to business accounts in Partner Center
After uploading the CSV file, a review step displays how many users will be imported.

Export campaign activity
With user lists, you can also export lists of users who interacted with specific campaigns and retarget these groups for a new follow-up campaign as you see fit. This will allow you to be more targeted with your campaigns and make sure the right people are getting the right messages.
