If you have an order with activation errors, you can choose to ignore those errors.
Ignore individual errors
Note: It is only possible to ignore individual errors for orders placed after Jan 1, 2020. For orders created before this date, you can still ignore all errors.
- Go to Partner Center > Sales > Orders
- Click on an order with the status Activation errors
- You can filter to orders with these errors in the under Order Filters > Status
- Scroll down to Packages
- Click the package marked with an error
- Click
> Ignore Errors next to the product with errors
