By April 15th, 2020 it is our goal to have all Reputation Management accounts switched to the updated user interface (UI). This is controlled by a setting in Partner Center. Click on the heading that applies to you to learn how to switch your clients’ accounts to the updated UI.
You are a Partner without Markets
You are a Partner with Markets
Enabling the new UI for Partners without Markets
To switch all your Reputation Management accounts to the updated UI:
- Go to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > General Product Settings
- Scroll down to the section called Reputation Management
- Locate the setting called New Reputation Management Access Strategy
- Ensure ‘Auto’ is selected from the dropdown menu
- Scroll down and click Save

To switch all your Reputation Management accounts to the updated UI:
- Go to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > General Product Settings
- Scroll down to the section called Reputation Management
- Locate the setting called New Reputation Management Access Strategy
- Ensure ‘Auto’ is selected from the dropdown menu
- Scroll down and click Save
- Once saved, scroll back to the top and select the tab called Markets
- Click the pencil icon beside the Market you want to edit*
- Click General Product Settings
- Locate the setting called New Reputation Management Access Strategy
- Ensure ‘Auto’ is selected from the dropdown menu
- Scroll down and click Save
* Contact your assigned salesperson or Partner Development Manager if you are unsure which Markets require this setting to be changed
How will this change what my clients see?
Reputation Management accounts on the old UI do not receive new features or updates. Your clients will receive the following improvements:
- Mobile-responsive design
- Increased speed
- Fresh, easy-to-use interface
- Review response templates
- Sentiment analysis of review content
- Google Q&A (coming soon!)
