This feature allows you to assign Business Priorities to your accounts in Sales & Success Center. These priorities include:

- Training priorities

Your internal teams can view these priorities on an account details page.

Why is it important?
Instead of keeping separate notes about your clients' business priorities, you and your team can quickly reference these valuable notes in one place. Use these priorities to strategize your conversations with your clients and guide them to success faster.
How does it work?
Create options for Business Priorities
Partner Center Admins can add, edit, and delete options for main goals and training priorities from Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Sales > Business Priorities. Learn more
Assign Business Priorities to accounts
Salespeople can assign main goals, training priorities, and quick wins to accounts from Sales & Success Center > Manage Accounts > Account > Business Priorities. Learn more
Who gets it?
All salespeople with permissions for an account can assign Business Priorities. Only Partner Center Admins can manage the list of main goals and training priorities.
