What is it?
We've released a series of notifications related to product assignee updates to Task Manager users. These are designed to inform them of important updates to tasks, allowing them to more effectively fulfill work for their clients. This includes both email and in-app notifications.
When was it released?
These notifications for Task Manager was released to all partners on October 28th.
How does it work?
Task Manager users will receive in-app notifications and emails when they are assigned a task or project. This can occur if a new task or project is created, or when an existing one is reassigned.
Should a user click on the notification or on the link within the email they receive, they will be brought directly to the task in Task Manager.
Adjust existing notifications
Task Manager users can adjust their notification settings directly within Task Manager.
- Log in to Task Manager.
- Click the notification bell .
- Click the gear icon.
- Check the notifications the Task Manager user wishes to receive.
- Click Save at the top right of the screen.
