What is it?
Customer Voice is introducing new reporting metrics to Multi-Location Business Center. It will be available on September 26, 2019.
Why is it important?
Brand managers need a way to visualize the effectiveness of review requests sent across locations. These new metrics will show review request performance, including how many have been sent, and what percentage have been opened (open-rate) and clicked on (click-through rate). Understanding the performance can help users create and send more effective email review requests (e.g. changing the subject line to increase open-rate).
Metrics will include requests sent by email method only, with SMS metrics coming soon.
How does it work?
The new metrics will not appear automatically in Multi-Location Business Center. Follow these steps for the new reporting to appear:
Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Brands > Select Brand Name > Features > Toggle 'on' Request Reviews Card
To view the new metrics in a particular Brand follow these steps:
Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Brands > Open Multi-Location Business Center
