What is it?
When salespeople mark an opportunity as closed won, they will be automatically brought to the Create Order form.
When was it made available?
This was released to all partners with Sales & Success Center access on August 14th, 2019.
Why is it important?
Salespeople no longer have to manually open the Create order form. This saves time and removes unnecessary steps.
How does it work?
- Go to Sales & Success Center > Pipeline.
- Alternatively, go to Sales & Success Center > Prospects > Prospect Name.
- Click on an opportunity.
- Click Close Opportunity.
- Close the opportunity as usual. Make sure to select Closed won.
- The salesperson will now be brought directly to the Create order form.
