What is it?
Executive Report viewers will now see badges next to cards pertaining to the work completed by Task Manager users.
When was it made available?
Badges were released on August 14th, 2019.
Why is it important?
Providing users with proof of performance is vital in maintaining an ongoing business relationship. Previously, Task Manager users would need to explain the work they were doing for clients without having a concise report that directly showed their impact.
Now, those users can see which cards and stats are managed by their hired digital agency.
How does it work?
When Task Manager users complete auto-generated tasks for an account (such as Listing, Review, and Social tasks), the Executive Report will automatically mark the associated sections. Task Manager users do not need to change their workflow.
