What is it?
Listing Builder is introducing additional Google My Business Insights allowing you to view comprehensive metric reporting of your GMB listing from directly within the product, as well as Multi-Location Reporting and the Executive Report.
When will it be available?
This additional GMB metric reporting will be available to all Partners in Listing Builder, Multi-Location Reporting and the Executive Report on August 14th, 2019. Continuous updates to the remaining pages will be released throughout Quarter 3 of 2019. Read more about the redesign for Listing Builder here.
Why is it Important?
With the updates to the Google Insights page, we are ensuring metric reporting is consistent with what is currently available in Google My Business. You will have the ability to better understand how your existing and potential new customers find and interact with your GMB listing. Gain new insights into where the most common actions are taken so you can better target your customers and attract new ones.
How does it work?
To view additional GMB reporting:
- In the product: Go to Listing Builder > Google Insights.
- In the Executive Report: Go to Business Center > Executive Report.
- Or view in In Multi-Location Reporting if this is applicable to your account
