What is it?
Social Marketing users can now view a client's social activity at a glance when they enter the product. This helpful overview shows users what is upcoming on their social calendar, which posts are performing best on Facebook, and any unanswered customer posts.
Why is it important?
The Social Marketing dashboard allows users to easily access important information about a client's social activity. It serves as an overview and assists users as to where they could direct their efforts.
How does it work?
When users enter Social Marketing they will land on the new dashboard. From here, users can see an overview of account activity, compose a post, or connect an additional account. Users can also view Scheduled Posts, Top Posts, or Customer Posts for further details about the items on the dashboard. This will take them to the respective sections within the Social Marketing product.
