SMS review request status available in the Customer Table
SMS review request status reporting is now available in Customer Voice. Go to Customer Voice > Customers. In your customer table under Request Status, you can view if the SMS request has been sent, clicked or dropped. You can also see if they clicked on either Facebook or Google. Detailed history of the SMS request, such as date and time will be coming soon.

New Google My Business Insights
Listing Builder is introducing additional Google My Business Insights allowing you to view comprehensive metric reporting of your GMB listing from directly within the product, as well as Multi-Location Reporting and the Executive Report. Learn More.
Foursquare as a new data aggregator (October 1st)
We will be introducing Foursquare as a new major data aggregator. This change is due to Acxiom, one of the current primary data aggregators in Listing Distribution, retiring its listing directory services at the end of 2019. Learn More.
Review response templates (July 24th)
You will soon have the ability to use and manage review response templates when responding to reviews from within the platform. Learn More.
Review response time metrics available in Review Statistics
Review response time metrics will be available in the Review Statistics in Reputation Management. Learn More.
Revamped Overview page
We have updated the user interface of the Reputation Management Overview page. A new welcome header with quick access to connect accounts has been added to the top of the page and the cards have moved from a 2 column layout to 3 columns. We have also made the actionable instructions more clear, making it easier to understand for the new user.
Social Marketing Dashboard
Social Marketing users can now view a client's social activity at a glance when they enter the product. Learn More.
