What is it?
Salespeople can now view Executive Reports for any accounts in their market. By extension, salespeople can also access Business Center for their accounts.
Why is it important?
Proof-of-performance is a key factor in whether or not business owners renewed their services with partners. For this reason, we introduced the Executive Report. Until now, however, salespeople have been unable to view these reports, making it difficult to speak to any objections or questions prospects had.
Salespeople can now use these reports to gain deep insights into how a business is improving online. They can see deeper stats than the Snapshot Report provides, and they can look at areas that are lacking in order to make further sales.
How does it work?
Enabling access to Executive Reports for salespeople
- From Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Sales, then check Allow salespeople to view Business Center Executive Reports to on.
Note: If you have any markets set to custom branding/configuration, you will need to edit those market individually.
- Select Apply Changes.
Viewing Executive Reports
From Sales & Success Center > Accounts > Account Name, select View Executive Report. Once here, salespeople can navigate through Business Center as though they were a Business Center user.
Note: Salespeople will have access to all accounts in their market, even if they are not assigned to those accounts.
