What is it?
We are releasing new email campaign settings in Partner Center to help prevent emails from being flagged as spam.
When will it be available?
This feature will be available on May 17, 2019, to partners with a Basic, Pro, or Enterprise subscription.
Why is it important?
Spam laws and regulations are increasing in complexity, and precautions are needed to prevent emails from being flagged as spam. We are working hard to ensure your emails have high deliverability and engagement rates. Still, email spoofers are a tenacious bunch, and we are taking the next step to ensure we can continue offering the service and value you’ve come to expect from us. You can use these new settings to ensure that your email campaigns pass spam regulations and reach your prospects successfully.
How does it work?
- From Partner Center > Marketing > Campaign Settings, enter the correct Email 'Send As' Information for your campaigns.
- Verify the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Validations under your domain. A green circle with a check mark means that the record is validated correctly; a red circle with an exclamation mark means that the record is invalid.
- For each invalid record, update your DNS record with the correct entries. For assistance, you can contact support at 1-844-955-6650 or your DNS service provider.
Setting Vendasta as a trusted service provider does not guarantee that emails will not be flagged as spam. To ensure your email is delivered successfully, check the content and subject lines of your emails. Make sure to avoid colored text, text in all caps, attachments, exclamation marks, promotional words and phrases (such as “make money,” “save money,” “cheap,” and “act now”), profanity, and explicit content as these may cause your emails to be flagged as spam.
If you do not own a custom domain, consider purchasing one through a domain registrar such as GoDaddy. You can use your custom domain to create and maintain a professional email address.
