When was it released?
The Status Report was officially made available to all partners with Starter, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise on May 22nd, 2019.
Why is it important?
As a manager, it's hard to properly manage without insight into the work your employees are doing. With this Status Report, managers will now have a centralized hub to get insights into how employees perform, as well as stay on top of how projects are moving through the various stages.
How does it work?
To access the Status Report, navigate to Partner Center > Task Manager > Status Report. Here, you'll see the following screen.
This primary screen grants you the ability to see all projects your digital agents have access to. Here, you can click on a project's name to get deeper insights into the individual tasks.
Should you need to, you can also export the Status Report by clicking Export to CSV.
