Starting May 2019, brands with access to Multi-Location Business Center will have the ability to export review and Google My Business data to a CSV file.
Why is it important?
For each location connected, Multi-Location Business Center can surface and amalgamate information about the business’s online reviews, as well as display high-level insights about the performance of each of their Google My Business knowledge panels.
Prior to this release, this data was only accessible within Multi-Location Business Center. Now, with the new Data Exporter tab, the brand user can now define any set of data about reviews, edit columns, and then export to a CSV.
How does it work?
From Multi-Location Business Center, click Data Exporter on the left tab navigation. Then choose which data source you wish to export.
For both Review Data and Google My Business Data, you can choose to filter the data by a specific time period, geography, category, or group.
You can also modify which columns appear in the final CSV export.
For Review Data only, you can also filter on the right by review status, source, or star rating.
Once you have the correct filters set up, click Download CSV.
