On May 28th 2019, Vendasta will stop emailing the Reputation Management Executive Report to recipients, replacing it with the new Business Center Executive Report.

Current recipients of the Reputation Management Executive Report email will be automatically added as Business Center users and will start to receive the new, more robust Business Center Executive Report.
The Reputation Management Executive Report will no longer be delivered via email, and will be eventually phased-out.
How will this change benefit you?
Our data shows the new emails have an average click-to-open ratio of 63%, an increase of nearly 30% over the legacy report. If you haven’t migrated to the new Executive Report, you’re missing out on increased engagement with your brand.
Our Churn Study shows customers viewing performance reports with Google My Business insights for at least half of the business’s lifetime saw a 47% increased retention rate compared to those who viewed a report without Google My Business Insights. The new Business Center Executive Report allows you to connect a client’s Google My Business and deliver updates weekly, under your brand.
We’ve made a significant investment in building a higher quality report that brings together reporting on more categories, showcases short-term changes and long-term trends, while still being 100% white-labeled, putting your company’s brand at the forefront. Additionally, as our marketplace expands, the new Business Center Executive Report will be tailored to reporting on all the products and services you sell to your clients.
What can I do to prepare for May 28th?
We recommend taking the following steps as soon as possible:
- Stop adding new email contacts to the Reputation Management Executive Report.
- Turn on the New Business Center Executive Report.
- In Partner Center, click Administration > Customize > Business Center Settings, and adjust the Report Type to Business Center. Set the Default Email Frequency to Weekly (recommended) or Monthly.
Vendasta’s team has already migrated over the majority of all partner’s Reputation Management Executive Report recipients to be Business Center users.
What will happen on May 28th if I’m not prepared?
On this day, Vendasta’s team will again ensure that all Business Center users match, one-to-one, any of the email recipients added to the Reputation Management Executive Report.
Then, for partners that have not turned on the New Executive Report, our team will automatically turn it on for all accounts, with a default email frequency set to the current account and market level settings.
