Partner Center admins can now resend welcome emails to salespeople that have never logged in to Sales & Success Center.

When is it available?
The ability to resend welcome emails to salespeople was released on May 1st, 2019 to all partners.
Why is it important?
If salespeople missed the initial welcome email when their salesperson was created–or if they were never sent one at all–you would need to manually reset and resend their password.
By adding this option to Partner Center, you can now far more easily give that access to your salespeople.
How does it work?
Note: Welcome emails can only be resent to salespeople that have not logged in to Sales & Success Center.
- From Partner Center > Sales > Salespeople, find the salesperson you wish to resend the welcome email to.
- Click Resend welcome email.
Note: The links within welcome emails are only active for 24 hours. Once these expire, you'll either need to reset the salesperson's password manually or resend the email again.
