In April 2019, all partners and users with access to Multi-Location Business Center will have the ability to respond to Facebook reviews inline, as well as sort locations by business category.
What is it?
These two great updates to Multi-Location Business Center provide brand and franchise owners with greater flexibility to manage their locations.
Responding to Facebook Review Inline
Both features are available to partners with access to Brand Analytics, and by logging into Multi-Location Business Center.
Responding to Facebook Review Inline
From Multi-Location Business Center, click Reputation > Manage. From here, you’ll see all of the reviews pulled by the individual Reputation Management products activated for each location. You can filter by review left on Facebook on the right.
If you wish to respond to the review directly from within Multi-Location Business Center, the Facebook account for the location must first be connected to Reputation Management. This can easily be done by clicking on the location name to load Reputation Management.
From Settings, follow the instructions to connect Facebook. Then, head back to Multi-Location Business Center.
You will now have the ability to respond to Facebook reviews inline, without leaving Multi-Location Business Center.
Business Category Filter
From the Filter tab in Multi-Location Business Center, users now have the option to sort their locations by business category (also known as taxonomy).
Simply click + Filter > Categories
