What is it?
Beginning February 27th, users of Customer Voice will have the ability to fully customize the content of SMS review request templates. Users will be able to edit a default template or create a new one and save templates for future use. *Only available with SMS add-on.
- Users of Customer Voice will receive up to twenty SMS templates.
- Users of Customer Voice Starter will receive one SMS template.
Why is it important?
Engage customers and gather more feedback with personalized branding and messaging relevant to your business and your customers. Use the Template Editor to choose from default templates to customize, create new templates from scratch, preview a review request, or quickly switch between templates from a drop-down menu to save time.
To further customize, you will have the option to add variables to be populated from a customer list, such as Customer Name or Business Name.
Users will have greater control over the content that they send to their customers. Businesses with customers in different contexts and languages will be able to easily customize their message content to the point where communication sent from Customer Voice is no longer restricted to a review request.
How does it work?
- Go to Customer Voice > Templates
- Click on New Template
- Choose a default template to edit with your custom content, or create a new custom template from a blank option.
- Preview your customized template, save, or delete it.
Previously-saved templates can also be edited.
Before sending a review request to your customers, you will have the option to preview your message and confirm or change the template being used from a drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Who gets it?
All accounts with Customer Voice will receive up to twenty SMS templates and accounts with Customer Voice Starter will receive one SMS template.
