Advanced Reporting will display detailed metrics such as engagement and conversions for each ad campaign. Use this information to gain insight into how your campaigns are performing and to learn more about your audience, your product or service sales, and your campaign's reach. Learn more.
Directly accessible from Partner Center
Customer Voice is now accessible from Partner Center. Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Accounts and select the account you want to view. Under Products select Customer Voice, to go directly to the product.
Ability to hide physical business address
Service area businesses can now hide their physical business address when sending email review requests. With “Service Area Business” selected in the account profile the physical address will be automatically hidden from the footer when previewing or sending a review request.
Ability to customize and save SMS templates
Users of Customer Voice now have the ability to customize the content of SMS review request templates. Users are able to edit a default template or create a new one and save templates for future use. Only available with SMS add-on. Learn more.
Factual updated to a 'submission-only' source
Factual has been updated to a 'submission-only' source, within Listing Distribution. Our platform will continue to submit listing information to Factual, but will no longer be monitoring it the same as the other data providers. Learn more.
Ability to sync with Instagram
Listing Sync users can now connect and sync to their Instagram accounts. Learn more.
Ability to force the deactivation of a canceled Add-on
You can now deactivate a canceled Listing Distribution or Listing Sync Pro add-on that is under a contract, and has not yet expired. Learn more.

Kudzu no longer available as a Listing and Review Source
In order to keep listing sources up-to-date and relevant in Listing Sync Pro and Reputation Management, Kudzu will be removed as a listing and review source, as of February 12th, 2019. This update is due to Cox Enterprises shutting down their online review platform, Kudzu.com. Your clients may notice a change to their listing score because of the removal of this outdated source. Teams can now update a project's progress, create new tasks, and check its status from within the new List view. This allows users to better work on large-scale projects, as well as easily toggle between Complete and Incomplete.
