What is it?
Beginning January 16th, 2019, partners will be able to create Custom Projects and add tasks to them from within the Projects tab in Task Manager.
Why is it important?
Whether it’s setting up a new email for a client or redesigning a client’s website, using Custom Projects will allow users to break down large tasks into smaller steps that better represent each step in their workflow. This will allow partners and agency managers to have greater insight into the progress and status of all of their services, including a progress bar that indicates how many tasks in the project have been completed. Agents will also be able to track their daily progress and manage their workflows in greater detail.
How does it work?
To create a Custom Project, select an account from the Accounts tab. Under the Projects tab, click the Add Project button to create and name a new Custom Project. You can then begin adding tasks with their own names, statuses, assignees, and due dates to the project by clicking Add Task.
