The Executive Report is available to be emailed automatically to end-users you choose on a weekly or monthly basis.
Beginning January 9th, 2019, you can start sending the new and improved Executive Report to your clients. This new Executive Report will replace the soon-to-be-retired Reputation Management Executive Report with more detailed and easier-to-understand reporting that will show everything you accomplish for your clients month-after-month.
There are two aspects of the Executive Report that you can manage:
- Tab in Business App
- Automated email
Enabling the Executive Report tab in Business App
To enable the new Executive Report tab, go to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Business App Settings.
Under the “Tab Settings” section, check the “Display Executive Report tab” box. This will make the Executive Report tab visible to your clients in Business App. Click Apply Changes to confirm your settings.
Sending Automated Emails to your Clients
Partners can choose whether their clients will receive Weekly or Monthly email notifications for the Executive Report.
To turn on Executive Report emails, go to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Business App Settings. Under the “Executive Report Automated Email” section, select “Business App” from the “Report Type” dropdown menu. Select whether you want your clients to receive Weekly or Monthly emails of the Executive Report from the “Default Frequency” dropdown menu. Click Apply Changes to confirm your settings.
You can return to this section at any time to edit the email notification settings for the Executive Report.
