Yesterday at 2:31 PM CST Google Cloud Platform (Vendasta's serving infrastructure) began experiencing issues causing several of Vendasta's domains to intermittently fail DNS lookups. At this time our teams began working within Google Cloud Support where several attempts to remediate the issue were made over the course of the day. The issues were finally resolved at 9:25PM. The root cause of the issues is still under investigation by the Google Cloud Support and Technical teams and we are working closely with them to ensure that this issue can be avoided in the future.

Our team is still working with Google to restore full functionality back to the platform. We are seeing some return to functionality on our end, but are still seeing intermittent issues as well.

Google is currently experiencing a cloud service disruption. This will result in errors displaying in our platform: pages surfacing an Error 500 message or an error stating that the server has erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.
Our development team is investigating the root cause of this outage, and we will be updating this notice as soon as more information becomes available.
