Our development team released a fix to our infrastructure for processing Yelp reviews. After diligent monitoring we have confirmed that these are properly being pulled in and processed as expected.

We are now successfully pulling in Yelp reviews that we had missed during this disruption and are continuing to process them. We are carefully monitoring this queue to ensure there continues to be success.

Our development team is investigating an issue in which our system has been unable to collect review data from Yelp. This has been seen both in Reputation Management and the Snapshot Report
We will update this disruption notice as soon as more information becomes available, or once we have resolved the issue.
No Issues Service Disruption Service Outage
A technical partner that we were utilizing for Yelp review processing had an outage which we have determined to be the root cause. This forced us to build our own replacement infrastructure to process these reviews. We deployed this change on December 6th and have been monitoring it closely to ensure the service returned. We have established a stricter alerting system to notify our teams if service degrades.
