Concierge now available in Marketplace
Vendasta’s own managed services solution for agencies is now available as a product in the Marketplace. Partners will now have a clear view of which accounts are currently in Concierge by using the Businesses > Accounts tab in Partner Center. Read full article.
Open Concierge in a new tab from Partner Center
Partner Center users can now open Concierge in a new tab from Partner Center > Concierge > Overview by using Ctrl + click (Windows and Linux) or Cmd ⌘ + click (Mac) on the Open Concierge button. Users are able to open multiple tabs, each with their own session.
Changes to the Concierge login page
We’ve updated the Concierge login page to better coordinate with the rest of our platform. Users can still log in to Concierge with the same information that they have always used.
Customize and save templates using the HTML Template Editor
Users of Customer Voice can now fully customize the content of email review requests and save multiple templates. You are able to edit a default template or create a new one with an HTML Template Editor and save all templates for future use. You can also have the ability to easily switch between templates when communicating with your customers. Learn more.
Amazon Alexa added to Listing Sync Pro Powered by Yext
Amazon Alexa has been added to Listing Sync Pro Powered by Yext. With Alexa, voice search users can find the most up-to-date info about local businesses, including locations, contact information, hours of operation, and more. Data shows that 46% of voice search users look for a local business using voice search every day. You can cover all the bases with Listing Sync Pro Powered by Yext, which generates and protects listings on over 70 sites. Available to all partners with Listing Sync Pro Powered by Yext.
Pause and unpause Email Campaigns in Partner Center
Active email campaigns can now be paused or unpaused from the options menu on the desired campaign in Partner Center > Marketing or from the Actions button on the campaign page. Learn more.
Contact vendors directly
Partners can now contact vendors directly from product pages in Partner Center > Marketplace > Discover Products. Learn more.
Receive information from product owners directly
Partner Center admins can now receive information directly from vendors. This can be configured in Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Email Settings under the Vendor Contact Email Settings section.
Partners can now use hotkeys to quickly find and impersonate a business or salesperson user in their account or to view the account details of a specific business. Learn more.
Respond to reviews via API
Users of Reputation Management can now respond to reviews from within their own platform to a third-party source via API. This feature can be used to respond to reviews on My Listings, Google, and Facebook accounts that have been authenticated in Reputation Management, where applicable. The API will send the response to the appropriate source and mark the review as “Responded” in the Reviews tab in Reputation Management. API documentation can be found here: Respond to Reviews-v3
Save default social media profiles
In Social Marketing > Compose, users are now able to save the default social media profiles that will be selected when posting. This can be done by opening the composer, clicking on the Post to option, then clicking Save as Default. From that point on, each time you open the composer for that account, those social media profiles will be selected by default.
Pixabay image integration
In Social Marketing > Compose, users will now see the option to add images directly from Pixabay. These images are royalty-free and high-quality, saving businesses time when posting. Learn more.
New video in SEO section

Google Cloud CDN
All sites on Website Pro will now be served to clients using a CDN. This should reduce latency, resulting in faster sites. Learn more.
