What is it?
Beginning Wednesday, September 26th, we will begin transitioning to a revamped design for our automated email notifications of system activity.
Why is it important?
Vendasta’s platform sends email notifications to partners and their clients when system activities take place, such as when a client first signs in to Business Center, or after a new order has been submitted by a salesperson.
We’ve redesigned the layout and appearance of these email templates with better and more consistent styling. Email notifications will still maintain the same content as before, and will still follow partner branding and settings specified in the “Partner Branding” section of Partner Center > Administration > Customize.
How does it work?
When you or your clients are notified of system activity, the emails sent by our platform will feature their new designs. Examples of the new designs appear below:
