What is it?
We’ve divided the process of gaining access to Business Center into two pieces: verifying your prospects’ email addresses and welcoming your prospects to Business Center.
Why is it important?
By separating the email address verification from the welcome message, you’ll be able to send a more compelling onboarding campaign.
Plus, we’ve recently given your prospects the ability to request access to Business Center using their Google account—a process that does not require them to verify their email address.
How does it work?
When your prospects request access to Business Center from the Snapshot Report, they may now receive two separate emails:
- Email address verification: A system message that’s sent whenever the prospect uses their email address to request access.
- Business Center welcome: A customizable “Product Adoption” campaign that’s sent whenever a prospect uses their Google account to request access OR after the prospect verifies their email address through the system email mentioned above.
Important: If you’ve made edits to the existing “Prospect User Access” campaign, those edits will need to be brought over to the new campaign. If you’d like our help, please contact On-Demand Success at 1-844-955-6650.
