Our development team was able to resolve the issue with products getting stuck in a pending state. It appears one of our internal systems was not responding to activations so there had been a backed up queue of products that needed to be activated.
Our team was able to correct the underlying issue that had caused that internal system to shut down, and activated products should now be moving to activated status.

Our system is encountering an issue with activated products getting stuck in a pending state for an extended period of time. This would also affect Snapshot Report creation, as the demo Reputation Management product is also getting stuck in this pending state.
We have our development team investigating the root cause of this issue, and we will update this disruption as soon as more information becomes available.
