Our development team was able to correct the root issue with products not activating or appearing as active on accounts.
The cause of this issue was some of our backend processes had gone out of sync and were not correctly surfacing the activation information.

We are getting reports that this issue is also affecting previously activated products properly displaying on accounts, both in Partner Center and in Business Center.
Our development team is still working on a fix for this issue. The root cause appears to be a syncing issue between two of our subsystems. We will update this disruption again when more information becomes available.

We are currently seeing issues with product activation where partners will attempt to activate their selected product, but are just seeing an infinite loading spinner.
Our development team is investigating this issue so we can get a resolution in place. We will update this disruption as soon as more information becomes available.
