When users first access Customer Voice, they will be taken to the "Overview" tab. On the right-hand side of the screen, a helpful video will be displayed to the user. By default, this video walks users through how to best respond to both positive and negative reviews, but by following the below steps, you can change what appears.
Setting the Customer Voice video
- Go to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > General Product Settings.
- Under "Customer Voice", find the "Display Video" section. Here, you'll have the following choices for what should display:
- How to respond to reviews
- How to request reviews
- Hide video and display static image
- No video
- Once you've selected one of the above settings, click Save.
