Why? Previously, all Vendasta partners would have an assigned Partner Success Manager who assisted with sales training, product training, and billing. Generally, Partner Success Managers were available through booking one-on-one meetings, but were sometimes difficult to get in touch with if you had a quick question about sales or billing.
We also previously had a dedicated support team to assist with technical issues within the platform. We found that partners were often contacting this team for questions beyond technical bugs.
Based on overwhelming feedback from partners like you, we are raising the level of on-demand support & adding to success. To do so, we are merging our support & success departments into one team: On-Demand Success.
What you can expect:
- True on-demand success and support. Our teams will have more capacity to resolve more of your requests, more often. Available 9am to 8pm EST weekdays, and 2pm to 7pm EST on weekends.
- No meetings required! All of our team members are ready to immediately take your call and help you with your success & support needs.
- Quicker resolution. No matter how complicated your request, we’ll strive to get you connected with the expert on that topic the very first time you reach out.
- Ongoing Partner Development still available. For partners looking for advanced sales strategies for larger sales organizations.
