What is it?
In addition to publishing to Instagram, you can now also see comments on posts—and respond to them—directly within Social Marketing.
Why is it important?
Engaging with customers is one of the key factors of a successful social media strategy. Now, your clients can interact with their audience on one of the largest social networks: Instagram!
How does it work?
Any comments made on your clients' Instagram posts will be pulled into the Customer Posts tab.
To respond to a specific customer, use the Reply button. Their Instagram handle will automatically be populated, just type your response and click Post.
