Currently available to Early Access partners only.
Available June 13th, Early Access partners will be able to view and interact with the new task statistic reporting on the Concierge Dashboard page in Partner Center. This will allow them to understand, at a glance, the number of tasks that need to be completed, that are completed, and the user performance concerning assigned incomplete tasks.
To find the Concierge Dashboard:
- Go to Partner Center > Concierge > Overview.
The new dashboard is made up of three parts. The first part of the new dashboard includes a list of users with incomplete tasks assigned to them.
Different task types can be selected in a drop-down menu to show which user has incomplete tasks in each category. Clicking on a name in this list will open Concierge, for a more in-depth look at the user’s tasks.
The second part shows a business’ current status, with a bar graph showing incomplete tasks overall, broken down by status and task category. This bar graph can also be broken down by the due date.
The third part of the dashboard shows a bar graph of all completed tasks broken down by task category. A control allows the user to choose a date range to view the completed tasks as well.
