Your clients can now monitor their listings and reviews on two of the top booking sites directly within Reputation Management: Hotels.com and Booking.com!
These sources will be available to businesses in the United States starting June 20th. They will be available to all other countries on June 27th.
Hotels.com is one of the top providers of hotel accommodations. Boasting one of the largest selections on the internet, it connects travellers with independent and major chain hotels at over hundreds of thousands of properties worldwide.
With more than 1,550,000 room nights reserved each day, Booking.com is one of the largest travel e-commerce companies in the world. It empowers consumers to book apartments, vacation homes, B&Bs, resorts, hotels, and more in over 228 countries worldwide.
By default, Hotels.com and Booking.com will only appear in Reputation Management for businesses under the Hotel category. Your clients can manage the sites they monitor via Reputation Management > Listings > Settings.
If required, Hotels.com and Booking.com can be disabled for all accounts by managing your default listing sources via Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Listing Sources.
These listings and reviews will automatically generate tasks in Concierge for applicable accounts. Brand Analytics reporting will also include Hotels.com and Booking.com listing and review data when the source has been activated.
