We have completed the re-index, and all data should be displaying correctly. We have implemented the following measures to prevent these types of issues from occurring going forward:
1) We have built a separate backup solution to work in tandem with our current backup system in cases of instability.
2) We are investing additional time and resources in creating a solution that will enable us to restore data more quickly.

We have completed most of our re-indexing. The only remaining data pertains to social post history and aggregates. This should return within the next 24 hours.

We are continuing to re-index our remaining data. Users should see most missing data return over the next 24-36 hours, though certain areas of the platform may take longer to fully populate. For reviews specifically, we have re-indexed 70% of our data.

At this time we have re-indexed 50% of out of sync data, not including our review data. We store a vast amount of information on reviews including review comments and shares therefore the re-indexing of this area is taking longer than others. We are actively exploring additional avenues to resurface any absent reviews.

We have temporarily paused the sending of Executive Reports as the data that was displaying once clicked on was inaccurate. We will resume sending of reports once the system has fully recovered. -Added 5/02/2018 2:00PM CST

A disruption to one of our backend systems caused some of our data to become out of sync. This system is used to make full text search, statistical aggregations, and counting possible in a number of our products. We are actively working on re-indexing our system. We have performed this type of re-indexing previously and have tooling/steps available to recover it, but it will take some time before all statistics, lists and products are back to fully functional as we continue to identify areas impacted and the time it takes to re-sync all of these.

We are currently experiencing technical issues across the system. This is resulting in an inability to access or load multiple areas of the platform. Our development team is currently investigating and working to restore functionality as soon as possible. We will update this disruption as soon as more information is available.
