What is it?
Users of Sales & Success Center can now create and manage tasks.
Why is it important?
Your salespeople often need to follow up with prospects and clients. For example, they need to call back on a specific day, send sales collateral, or double check something with their billing or support teams.
Task Management in Sales & Success Center allows your salespeople to stay on top of that work and build stronger relationships with their clients.
How does it work?
How to create tasks
To create a task in Sales & Success Center:
- Go to Sales & Success Center > Accounts.
- Select an account.
- Create a sales activity and select Follow-up required, or click the + button at the top of the Tasks section.
How to manage tasks
Within the Tasks tab in Sales & Success Center, your salespeople can view all of their overdue and upcoming tasks, as well as mark those tasks as “Complete.”
To edit a task:
- Go to Sales & Success Center > Accounts.
- Select an account.
- Under the “Tasks” section, select the task you’d like to edit.
Who gets it?
All partners with access to Sales & Success Center will have this feature.
