With the addition of the Customer Voice SMS add-ons, your clients can now send review requests directly to their customer's cellphones. Please be aware that this is currently only available to Beta partners.
How do I activate SMS add-ons for Customer Voice?
- Login to Partner Center.
- Click on Businesses > Accounts.
- Find the account you wish to activate the SMS add-on for.
- Click on the account's name.
- Select Activate Products.
- Select the appropriate add-on based on location and amount of SMS messages you'd like to send.
- Click Continue. Complete the order to activate the add-on.
How do I send SMS review requests?
- On the overview tab of Customer Voice, click Request SMS Review.
- Fill in the contact form. Once done, click Add Contact.
- Click Send 1 SMS Message.
Please note that if you are sending an SMS review request to a client that has already been added, you can do so by selecting them in the list at the bottom of the Overview tab.
