How do I activate SMS add-ons for Customer Voice?
- Log in to Partner Center.
- Click on Businesses > Accounts.
- Find the account you wish to activate the SMS add-on for (note: SMS add-ons are only available for purchase on Customer Voice Pro)
- Click on the account's name.
- Select Activate Products.
- Select the appropriate add-on based on location and amount of SMS messages you'd like to send.
- Click Continue. Complete the order to activate the add-on.
How do I send SMS messages?
Method 1: Sending an SMS message to one new contact
This method will add a new contact to your Customers list.
- On the overview tab of Customer Voice, click Send request.
- Fill in the contact form. Note: You must include a phone number to select an SMS-method template to send.
- Select an SMS template from the dropdown.
- Click Send.
Method 2: Sending an SMS message to one or more existing contacts
- Overview page > Customers
- Select one or more customers > Send request. Note: All the selected customers must have a phone number.
- Select an SMS template from the list to preview > click Send to [#] Customers.
