How does it work?
On behalf of your clients, our team of specialists target consumers with advertising based on specific demographics, interests, searched keywords, and subscribed-to YouTube channels. Utilizing YouTube’s TrueView ads, your client’s promotional video will typically play pre-roll, which is an ad at the start of a short user-selected video, or as an in-stream ad if the video is of considerable length.
Your client’s promotional video must be uploaded to their existing YouTube channel in order to take advantage of this service. If your client requires a promotional video or a YouTube channel built, these services are available at an additional cost. Please contact your account administrator for more information.
How can I start selling Digital Ads: YouTube?
- Go to the Digital Ads: YouTube product in Marketplace.
- Click Enable.
How can I activate Digital Ads: YouTube for my clients?
- Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Accounts.
- Select an account.
- Click Activate Products.
- Select Digital Ads: YouTube and then click Continue.
- Complete the order form.
- Select the billing acknowledgement and then click Activate.
What about YouTube in Digital Ads: À la carte?
Digital Ads: Youtube is still available as part of the packaged services in Digital Ads: À la carte. To give you and your client more options, it has been split out as a stand-alone service.
