Keep track of the full conversation
With this update, your clients can see responses made on their business' Google reviews from within Reputation Management.
In order to pull in review responses, a verified Google account must be connected.
To connect a Google account:
- In Reputation Management, go to the Reviews tab
- Click the Settings tab
- Under "Review Sources Authorization" click the Connect Google button
Pull in review responses via API
Partners with Professional or Enterprise subscriptions can also access an external API to pull in Google review responses.
