In response to Customer Voice turning into its own product from Reputation Management, our Review Management Digital Agency service is also reforming into two separate services:
- Review Management has become Review Responses.
- A new Review Requests service is now available as a separate service for your client. Review Requests is affiliated with Customer Voice and does not require Reputation Management to be activated.
Please note that any clients previously active with the Review Management Digital Agency service will be transitioned to Review Responses. There will be no additional charges for existing Enterprise partners. You can continue to order the service as normal, or order through the new service in Marketplace at no extra charge.
Review Requests is ideal for clients who self-generate their own weekly or monthly lists of customer contact information. Working with Digital Agency, your client can submit their lists up to four times a month to request reviews for their business through Customer Voice.
- Generate more reviews from your clients’ weekly or monthly self-generated lists to build their online reputation.
- Your clients can send out bulk emails to request reviews up to four times a month.
- Digital Agency will work with your clients to manage which third-party review sites receive positive reviews.
- Help your clients protect their SEO standings and online credibility with the ability to address negative feedback before it goes live.
