Today, business owners can add, delete, or edit customers to their list to keep all of their valuable business data organized. This includes first name, last name and email address. Enter customer information, manually or through the bulk import feature.
Customer List is currently fully synced with Customer Voice. In the future, customer information will sync across a variety of products. For example, a customer walks into a business that's using Zenreach and logs into their WiFi. That customer's information is captured and available for the business owner to use when requesting reviews.
We envision Customer List to be the centralized hub where business owners will be able to manage and monitor all of their customers.
