What is new?
Starting January 30, beta partners will notice a brand-new product in Marketplace called Customer Voice. Customer Voice will replace the current review generation tool in Reputation Management.
When are these changes happening?
The beta version of Customer Voice will go live in Marketplace on January 30. This beta version will contain the features that are currently available in the review generation tool today.
In March 2018, Customer Voice will launch to all partners with these exciting new features:
- Intuitive design: Customer Voice will have an intuitive, easy-to-use interface, which will allow your customers to jump in and start requesting reviews right away.
- Mobile-friendly: Customer Voice will be optimized for mobile devices so your clients can use it on the go.
- SMS review requests: Three SMS add-ons will be available. Purchasing an add-on will allow your clients to request reviews via text message.
Where can your clients access it?
Customer Voice can be found in the Products tab, just like any other product. If an account has Customer Voice and Reputation Management, it can also be accessed straight through the Generate Reviews button under the Reviews tab in Reputation Management. This flow ensures a seamless experience for customers currently using the review generation tool.
