When you allow your prospects to gain access to Business Center, they get the opportunity to use Listing Builder and learn more about the products you offer. As a result, Business Center allows your company to stay top-of-mind until your prospects are ready to buy.
The new experience
We’ve streamlined how your prospects gain access to Business Center. The process begins when your salesperson adds a prospect to an acquisition campaign, which includes the Snapshot Report. When the prospect clicks on a call-to-action (CTA) within the Snapshot Report, a new pop-up prompts them to enter their email address.

The prospect is then automatically added to an adoption campaign, which is typically comprised of a single email that asks that prospect to verify their email address. Finally, they can log into Business Center, where they’ll be greeted with a new introduction message.

Customize the experience
This update comes with a wizard that helps you customize the marketing for every step in the process. Go to Partner Center > Customize > Sales > Edit Default Marketing and User Experience to access this new wizard.

At each applicable step, you can preview how your marketing (including email messages) will appear to your prospects.

Step #1: Select your default acquisition campaign
When a salesperson creates a new account, they have the option to immediately add that account to an acquisition campaign. This type of campaign is intended to convert prospects into paying clients. Select the campaign you’d like your salespeople to use by default. Your options include the standard campaign or one of the custom campaigns you created in the Campaigns tab.

Step #2: Provide prospects with access to Business Center
Specify if you’d like your prospects to gain access to Business Center when they click on a call-to-action in the Snapshot Report. They just have to provide their email address, which becomes their easy-to-remember username for your client-facing dashboard.
Step #3: Customize the header of the Snapshot Report
The header is the first call-to-action your prospects will see within the Snapshot Report. You can use the default message or create a custom message. This setting will affect existing and future Snapshot Reports.

Step #4: Customize the sticky footer of the Snapshot Report
As a prospect scrolls through the Snapshot Report, they will see a sticky footer with a call-to-action at the bottom of their browser window. You can use the default message or create a custom message.
