How do I pause or stop a campaign?

Campaigns are tied to specific contacts which are in turn associated with individual accounts. There are two methods to pausing or stopping a campaign. Please note that there is currently no difference between stopping a campaign and pausing it indefinitely.

Steps to pause campaigns via Sales Center:

1. Log in to Sales Center.

2. Click on the name of the account that the contact is located under.

3. Click the name of the contact.

4. Select Pause next to the campaign you wish to pause.

Steps to pause campaigns via Partner Center:

1. Log in to Partner Center.

2. Click on the Accounts tab.

3. Click on the name of the account that the contact is located under.


4. Click the name of the contact you wish to pause the campaign for.

5. Select Pause next to the campaign you wish to pause.
