April 1st, 2024: Intermittent Errors Accessing Website Pro Sites

11:30 AM (CST): We are investigating intermittent server errors when accessing websites hosted with Website Pro.  We apologize for the inconvenience as our team works to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

1:30 PM (CST): Our teams continue to investigate the root cause.  Thank you for your continued patience.

1:40 PM (CST): We have identified the root cause and are starting to see websites load as expected.

1:55 PM (CST): All affected sites are restored. The issue has been resolved.


Incident Summary: Our services restart and sync to our hosting infrastructure load balancer during routine deployment. Unfortunately, on Monday, April 1, 2024, between 11:26 AM to 12:48 PM CST and 1:22 PM to 2:30 PM CST, we could not sync back to our hosting infrastructure load balancer, causing 502 errors on some sites. We are investigating why this happened with our cloud provider and will be able to provide more context within the next 48 hours.
