Reports - What types of emails may my client receive?

 

With Reputation Management, your clients may receive:

  • Daily alert emails that highlight changes to listings, new mentions, new reviews, social activity from employee and client profiles, and social mentions from Facebook and Twitter.
  • Executive Reports emails (weekly or monthly) that summarize the current state of this account’s online reputation. You’ll see recent reviews, mentions, share of voice, and more.
  • Review Generation emails that notify the client when a customer has submitted a new review.

The Recipient Details you enter during account creation will receive Executive Reports. You can manage recipients of Executive Reports in the Reports tab of Reputation Management. 

All Business Center users that have permission to an account will automatically be added as notification recipients to receive Daily or Instant Alerts. You can manage recipients in the client's Notification Settings within the Business Center.
