Within Sales & Success Center, you can enter notes and sales records for each account.
- First, select the account name.
- From the Manage Accounts screen, you can add sales activity and notes. Select Log a Call, Email, or Meeting and then choose an Activity Type (Outbound Call, Inbound Call, Email Sent, Meeting).
- You can select Follow-up Needed or Connected by checking the boxes.
- Click Add to submit the activity.
- All new and deleted Sales Activity records are recorded within the History section.
