Can I record sales notes for my prospects?

Within Sales & Success Center, you can enter notes and sales records for each account.

  1. First, select the account name.
  2. From the Manage Accounts screen, you can add sales activity and notes. Select Log a Call, Email, or Meeting and then choose an Activity Type (Outbound Call, Inbound Call, Email Sent, Meeting).
      • You can select Follow-up Needed or Connected by checking the boxes.
      • Click Add to submit the activity.

  3. All new and deleted Sales Activity records are recorded within the History section.
